About the firm
Nexus of law and business
Tuhin & Partners advises the companies and investors deciding whether Bangladesh works for them — and then makes it work. Corporate, tax, investment and regulatory practice from a firm that says what the law requires, what regulators expect, and what is actually achievable.

Who we are
A firm built around getting things done in Bangladesh
The firm was founded in 2019 to do one thing well: help businesses operate lawfully and confidently in a jurisdiction where the rules are clear on paper and complicated in practice. Most of our work begins with someone who has decided to invest here and needs to know what that actually involves.
Our clients are foreign investors and multinational companies establishing or running operations in Bangladesh, and local companies and groups dealing with regulation, growth and cross-border business. The work spans company formation and market entry, licensing, tax, employment, intellectual property, contracts, and dispute resolution when it comes to that.
We are direct. If a structure will not be approved, we say so before the fee is spent. If a matter is outside what we do properly, we say that too.
What we work to
Four things we are willing to be judged on
Innovation
Bangladeshi practice is changing — e-filing, digital tax returns, online registration. We use what works rather than what is familiar, because the client pays for the delay either way.
Efficiency
A licence granted in six weeks rather than six months is worth more than a cleverer argument. We know which steps run in parallel, which office to approach first, and what actually causes delay.
Flexibility
A start-up registering a company and a multinational restructuring a subsidiary do not need the same thing. Scope, arrangement and fee are set to the matter — flat, hourly or retainer.
Impact
The measure is whether the client could act — the investment made, the licence issued, the dispute closed. Advice that is technically correct and practically unusable has failed.
What we do
12 practice areas
Most matters cross more than one. A market entry is company law, exchange control, tax and employment before it is finished.
