How quickly does Tuhin & Partners respond to an enquiry?
Enquiries are reviewed on business days and answered as promptly as the subject allows. If a matter is urgent, saying so in the enquiry and calling the office is the fastest route.
Is the first consultation free?
The first fifteen minutes are free, on any channel. Anything beyond that is charged at the adviser's rate, which is stated before the consultation is confirmed.
Can I meet the firm in person?
Yes. In-person consultations are held at the corporate office in Niketan, Gulshan, Dhaka. Meetings by Microsoft Teams, telephone or WhatsApp are also available.
Should I send documents with my first enquiry?
Please do not send confidential material about a dispute until the firm has confirmed it is able to act, because it must first check that acting would not conflict with an existing client.
