Accessibility

Our approach to making the Tuhin & Partners website usable by everyone, and how to report a barrier.

Tuhin & Partners wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What we aim for

This site is built towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means every page can be operated by keyboard alone, the focused element is always visible, headings follow a logical order, images carry text alternatives, colour is not the only way information is conveyed, and text contrast meets the AA threshold.

Known limitations

Some documents and material carried over from our previous website — particularly older PDFs and content originally produced by third parties — may not yet meet these standards. We are working through this material. If you need any of it in an accessible format, ask us and we will provide it.

Third-party content

Where this site displays material from external sources, such as official court listings, we do not control the accessibility of that material.

Tell us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this website, please write to hello@tnp.legal with the page address and a short description of the difficulty. We will respond and, where we can, provide the information you need in another format.
