Mohammad Pavel is a seasoned legal professional specialising in commercial litigation, writ petitions, banking and financial litigation, family matters, marine and admiralty matters, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He is also highly experienced in enforcing foreign arbitral awards in Bangladesh, providing clients with strategic, results-driven representation both in and out of court.

He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of South Wales, UK, an LL.M. (General) from BPP University, UK, and LL.B. (Hons) degrees from the University of London and Southeast University, Bangladesh. He is a member of Lincoln’s Inn and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Dhaka Judge’s Court.

Pavel spent five years at Azad & Company, one of Bangladesh’s premier corporate law firms, where he advised on complex matters under the Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, land law, the Negotiable Instruments Act, the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, and civil and criminal procedure. His work included advising on security priorities, preparing legal compliance certificates, ensuring compliance with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC), and providing legal opinions under the Companies Act, Bank Companies Act, and Financial Institutions Act.

With a proven track record across litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory, Pavel offers comprehensive legal solutions that balance legal excellence with business practicality.
