Osman Gani Tuhin served as an arbitrator at the first FDIMAA Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration pre-moot, held from 13 to 15 October 2023.
The programme brought together participants working on international arbitration and cross-border investment disputes, giving emerging advocates an opportunity to test their written and oral submissions before practitioners.
