Legal advisory collaboration for Japanese investment into Bangladesh
Tuhin & Partners met Amon Corporation and Staffline Bangladesh to discuss a joint-venture framework for Japanese investors entering Bangladesh.
On 24 December 2025, Osman Gani Tuhin, Founder & CEO, and Mohammad Pavel, Partner at Tuhin & Partners, held a strategic meeting with Noboru Yoshifuji, President of Amon Corporation, Tokyo, and Ismail Hossain (Joy) of Staffline Bangladesh.
The discussion considered a potential joint-venture structure for Japanese investors entering Bangladesh, including investment structuring and regulatory compliance, workforce and operational frameworks, risk mitigation, and dispute preparedness.
