Barrister Mohammad Pavel is a seasoned legal professional specializing in commercial litigation, writ petitions, banking and financial litigation, family matters litigation, marine and admiralty matters, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He is also highly experienced in enforcing foreign arbitral awards in Bangladesh, providing clients with strategic, results-driven representation both in and out of court. Pavel’s approach combines meticulous legal analysis, practical problem-solving, and client-focused advocacy, ensuring that every matter is handled with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law and an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London, U.K., along with an LL.B. (Hons.) from Southeast University, Bangladesh. A Member of Lincoln’s Inn, and he is enrolled as an Advocate with the Dhaka Judge’s Court.

Pavel spent five years at Azad & Company, one of Bangladesh’s premier corporate law firms, where he advised on complex matters under the Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, Land Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, and both civil and criminal procedure laws. His work also included advising on security priorities, preparing legal compliance certificates, ensuring compliance with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSC), and providing legal opinions under the Companies Act, Bank Companies Act, and Financial Institutions Act.
