How consultations work

Is the first consultation free?

The first fifteen minutes are free on every channel. Beyond that the adviser's hourly rate applies, and it is shown to you before the booking is confirmed.

What are the meeting options?

Microsoft Teams, telephone, WhatsApp, or in person at the firm's Niketan office in Gulshan, Dhaka. Availability differs by channel, so the times offered change with the option you choose.

Can I reschedule or cancel a consultation?

Yes. The confirmation email carries links to reschedule or cancel, and neither needs an account or a password.

What do I need to provide to book?

A name and an email address on every booking. Choosing a telephone or WhatsApp consultation also requires the number to call.

Where are in-person consultations held?

At the corporate office in Niketan, Gulshan, Dhaka. It is the only location where in-person consultations take place.
