- Experience in banking, corporate and commercial law matters at Azad & Company, the premier corporate law firm in Bangladesh, throughout 5 (five) years. Particulars are detailed below:
- Worked as a full-time Associate Lawyer in a distinguished Law Firm in Bangladesh, namely Azad & Company, headed by Advocate Abul Kalam Azad, the Legal Adviser of Various Private & Public Companies, and acquired professional experience in respect of the Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, Land Law, Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha rin Adalat Ain, Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure and all other Laws by dealing with the legal problems;
- Responsibilities included drafting legal documents following the Facility Offer Letter/Sanction Letter to secure the loan, advising on the priorities of the securities created in favor of the banks/financial institutions, drafting and vetting legal documents to ensure the Bank’s financing under Club Loan arrangements, issuing Legal Compliance Certificate, supervising the legal works under House Loan scheme.
- Providing day-to-day legal opinion on various issues under the Companies Act, Bank Companies Act, Financial Institutions Act Etc.
